Just watched the Super Bowl halftime show.
I’ve got lots of great Bruce Springsteen and E. Street Band memories.
Wasn’t at this particular show but had the good fortune to be at shows like this
when they’d play for 3 1/2 hours and wear us all out.

I think I was 15 the first time I saw Bruce and Co (June of ’78). I had my elbows on the stage. It was incredible. And then each concert after that I was farther away from the stage. I mourned. It was a heartbreaker sharing that band with everyone else.

I saw Bruce in Portland, and again in Seattle, in the mid-80s. Ooh, that boy could rock the house for hours and hours and hours.
