Yesterday we made the trek to Kiowa
for the annual 4th of July picnic in the cow pasture.
Flowers weren’t as plentiful as last year,
and the yucca weren’t in bloom,
but I got some nice pics.

Zippy said a week or so ago that there wasn’t much paintbrush out in the open space. But there was quite a bit out in Kiowa. Maybe that lovely rain from Sunday night will kick-start more flowers.
