Wow! That is an awesome photo! How fabulous to see a bobcat up close and personal. But also a warning to all of us who live on the edge of town to keep watch on our outdoor pets.
Our cats are indoor-only and we’re careful with our dog. If she seems leery, we check out the yard and over the fence to make sure. We’ve only seen it once since this photo was taken in August, so maybe it’s moved on?

It was an amazing sighting and we’re careful with Emma since then. We’ve only seen it once since that sighting in August. Such a beautiful animal.

Thank you, Ana. Wish I had the audio of it growling that day. 🙂

The growl is what pulled me away from my work and over to the window. 🙂

It made its presence known, that’s great… otherwise you might have missed that wonderful photo op. 🙂

Great photo! Aren’t you worried about your cats and dog? There have been coyote attacks in the suburbs of our city, some on children.

Yes! This photo is from last month and we’ve seen it once more since then. We’re now being careful when we let our dog outside.
