I haven’t had much experience with anemones, either, and didn’t notice them at the first beach we visited here but once I saw them, I realized they were everywhere. Well, almost everywhere. 🙂

Sea anemones do look like flowers and it is worrisome seeing them at low tide if they’re not in a tide pool. But I keep reminding myself that they’ve been doing this forever and know what they can tolerate before the tide rises again and they’re in water.

wow! They look just like flowers! And these are not immersed in water! For some reason, I thought they had to be else they dried up.
