Happy Spring!
What a beautiful Friday surprise! I’m used to seeing plants in (near) perpetual bloom, so it’s been a welcome rediscovery to witness springtime in Portland this week.
Re: Happy Spring!
That’s great you’re experiencing springtime in Portland. I remember that phenomenon from living in SoCal – losing a sense of seasons and the growth cycle.
Hooray for spring!

Isn’t it wonderful? I ran out in the open space last weekend for the first time since late November and was SO happy. Sections of the trail were a bit moist, shall we say, and by the time I got back on the pavement my running shoes had morphed into platform shoes from the clay. But it was worth it.

Ah, the floring adventure. Well, we’ve had the wall guy in to give an estimate on getting the wallpaper off and doing a colorwash. Not as bad as I’d expected, so that’s good! Then, onto the floors!

Yeah, DH has started riding again, and although his bike gets a little dirty (ha!), he’s still loving it 🙂

It is, it is! I was so happy when I spotted that little blooming clump. Makes all the winter we’ve had here worth it.

I’m allowing myself to think that even though March is typically a big snow month in Colorado. But I’ll take it while I can get it!
