Gnarly Issues

  and   noticed
but today while they were busy revising,
I snuck away.

Not because I wanted to avoid my revisions
but because I was in a tangled situation
and had gone as far as I could go.

I needed word from afar.

So I went outside and tackled my garden-run-amok.
Tore out some stuff that needed to go.

Two and one-half hours later when I went inside,
there was a shift.
I’d received word.

And now my tangle is one step closer to resolution.

All hail the Implements of Destruction!
Both literary and garden-ary.

        I miss you. I need to start checking into LJ more often!!
        Family is good. Baby Z is a jolly little soul. The unicorns are fine, but they’re taking a little vacation while I write something a bit more high concept. Then they’ll try to wiggle in on its coat tails. Right now I’m outlining. Once I’m done researching and outlining, I hope to write the sucker fast.
        How goes it in tracyworld?

    • The first one came out pretty easily but the other two were a struggle. I used some creative language while prying them out of the ground. And then I moved onto the easier task of cutting back some perennials. I’m way behind schedule.
      You can keep your own juniper entanglements, thank you.
