By my calculations, that’s roughly 13 minutes of additional daylight in the next five days!
If I still lived in Anchorage, I’d be gaining another 29 minutes of daylight.
But I’ll take the 13 since those minutes come without mosquitoes.
Have a great weekend and enjoy the longer days!
Yay for sunshine!! (Thanks for the chili pepper tips — I’m going to do it today ;D).

I was a little panicked when I woke to see fog this morning. But it cleared off just when the kids left for school. Hooray!
I hope you used chili powder and not peppers! 🙂

LOL — actually we tried cayenne pepper…but it didn’t work very well because it kept breaking my sprayers. Do you just sprinkle the dry powder on and it stays?

Yes, I sprinkle directly from the powder canister onto the plants. I wouldn’t do it in the wind, but when it’s calm the powder gets trapped in the leaves just fine. But I also put a little on the ground surrounding the plant just for good measure.

YAY! Thanks for giving me something else to smile about! 🙂

Those minutes add up and help bring big smiles this time of year. I know you’re in CA so maybe don’t suffer that daylight issue as much; I don’t remember thinking about it when I lived there.
Have a smiley weekend!
