Birds on the brain

Two American Kestrels sitting on a wire above my yard.
How lucky am I?

The male is on the left and the female on the right.
Care to read their body language and write a little script?

  1. You are lucky indeed! Judging by this photo there’s trouble in paradise but I don’t think she knows it yet 🙂

  2. OH, said the first one, HOW LUCKY WE ARE TO SIT ON THIS WIRE ABOVE TRACY’S YARD!

YES! said the second one, LET’S SING ABOUT IT!

So the kestrels sang the day away.
    And the song was good.

    • I’m glad you like it, Sarah. I just recently figured out that I can take pictures of birds on the wires as long as I mess with the exposure. All this time I thought I couldn’t get any good shots because of the lighting issue.
