  1. Our Tegan was the same way — trying to jump through a closed window to get away from the sounds. We’d get her settled down, then some idiot would fire off just one more at 1 am.
    We are DONE with fireworks.

    • Oh, I’m so sorry for Tegan and you guys. I naively thought things might be a bit more mellow this year due to all the publicity about PTSD and fire dangers and steep fines. HA. Once again, I overestimated people’s concern for others. That was the worst 4th in years. It didn’t seem to end!
