Bad news: That 11-degree-below-zero freeze we had last November killed a bunch of spireas, sumacs, and possibly the cherry tree.

So glad your cherry tree is primed for bloomage, Colby! Mine now has about 15 green leaves which means it’s not entirely dead. Holding all good thoughts for its resurrection!
