When Celebrations Collide

Today is my birthday.
I’m 48 years old.

Today is also Thanksgiving.
There will be pumpkin-pie with candles.

Today I give thanks for my friendships
and the abundance of love we share.

I wish everyone a warm and wonderful Thanksgiving.

(Apologies for the mammoth image.  I’ve devoted some time to shrinkage but cannot crack the code.  I am giving up.  Call it a birthday indulgence.)

  1. I love the mammoth image — it’s just as large and lovely as your heart, dear Tracy! I hope your celebrations today fill you with warmth and peace and so much love — you’ve given much to others, and I hope you get it back in spades!!

    • Aw, Robin, you made me teary. Thank you so much for your kind words (now and always). I had a lovely day and today the sun’s out, so I’m feeling good.

Hope you and your family had a nice Thanksgiving, and have a great long weekend.
